my first guess: 44M kézi páncéltörő rakétavető /

Mehlsack is correct. It's a Hungarian scaled down copy of a Panzerschreck.
I would have accepted both the 43M and 44M designation since the internet sources seem to refer it with both.
Interestingly, the ammunition for this weapon was apparently designed so that it had both anti-infantry and anti-tank capabilities in one shell. This caused that the weapon wasn't really any good in either of those roles.

The way you can tell this weapon apart from the Panzerschreck, is to compare the size of the tube to a person carrying it and you can see that it's much smaller. Also the shoulder stock and the handles (or whatever you call it) that contain the trigger are very differently shaped compared to the Panzerschreck.

The picture from above comes from this video: http://filmhiradokonline.hu/watch.php?id=5877

You can see Hungarian teenagers practicing with the 60mm Hungarian Bazooka.
I ask myself if the Hungarians did scale down the German Panzerschreck or if they rather developed their own weapon on the basis of the original captured Bazookas they got from the Germans?
