Regional update;
UN meetings continue between various states and at a global level as countries try to avert a full scale engagement between NATO and CSAT forces in Western Asia. The situation at Fallujah is a stalemate. NATO forces are boxed in against the coast and the western edge of the city. CSAT forces hold firm at the eastern perimeter.
Fallujah itself is in chaos as various warring factions, rebels, and militia engage in street battles across the city. There have been isolated reports of CSAT incursions into the city however no firm evidence and no direct hostile action against NATO forces to the west. NATO intelligence agencies are working to ascertain the accuracy of the information and to understand the reason for the potential covert incursions into the city.
Situational update;
Following Alpha 1's successful attack on the helicopter flight and also the destruction of a Iranian Close Air Support aircraft CSAT sent out a QRF to the area which successfully engaged the FGM force. All four members of Alpha 1 were wounded, several seriously, however the team managed to avoid capture by the CSAT (Pakistani) response force. Shortly after they were found by a civilian who moved them to a small compound further south. The fire team have been at this location since and have been unable to contact the remaining Alpha team members at the camp in the eastern area of the region.
Mission brief;
The situation is fluid with the two fire teams split up. A rendezvous was identified prior to the last mission, any next steps will have to involve trying to gather the two fire teams together.
It seem Alpha 1's saviour has intel. which maybe valuable however it comes with a price.
