Interesting documentary and footage told from Soviet side...

Looks good will have to get round to watching it.

Basically in Soviet grunts and officers' own words ... their experience and a mixture of ideology and disillusionment and bewilderment of "what the f*** are we doing here?"

Also very noticable is absence of much protective gear ... flak jackets ... not even steel helmets...
