Hello,

I decided to make the move from the Battlefront forums to join the tournament. I have been playing CMx1 and CMx2 for quite some time. I have mostly been playing CMBS of late

Joining this community was the right decision because Combat Mission is at it's best when played head to head (H2H)
- as you already know. ;)

For to get involved into the PBEM H2H gaming action, please go to the gaming section and choose the category with
the game that you'd like to play (CMBS or CMBN etc.). There you'll find the postings for gaming requests
(just scroll down a little). And there you may also start your own, of course. ;)

Feel free to wonder around before the tournament gets going.

Some of the people here are quite nice (if you get them on a good day), and 1 or 2 are even helpful occasionally. We're definetely less opinionated that the BF forums (liar), but then we tend to take most things less seriously here.

Anyways - hope you enjoy the tournament, feel free to retreat and turn your back if you draw me :)

Agreed! Thankfully I know people in real life who I can play against on a regular basis.

Wow I can't believe it.
I haven't thought of this movie for a thousand years but this morning a bunch of co-workers were huddled together and I walked up and said "What's happening CHUD's?".......silence and blank faces......."What?"......silence....."Nobody?"....silence....."Come on, Cannibalistic Human Underground Dwellers?"......silence....."Bah" and walked away.
And now this evening I come and here's a youtube video.

@Gunner When I was in AIT (Medic training) at Fort Sam Houston, TX in 1984 and we had to do PT, our instructors were impressed that our platoon came up with our own cadence, which went "Canabalistic......Humanoid.....Underground........Dwellers", and some other stuff. I'll never forget C.H.U.D. (and I think I saw the film on base, which was always fun).
