I've seen this photo floating around before, so it's not last week. Also i don't think thats at the north pole, it is however a stunning picture.

Yes, it is photoshoped....
Simply because angular diameters of sun and moon are almost same...
If it's not photoshoped, it;s made with Terragen software (water looks like water from that software)...
