@Bootie - Just install it like any other program. Once it's installed, run it. Go to Settings>Options to set your hotkeys for push-to-talk, etc. Once you have it set up to how you want it, Go to Connections>Connect. Type in the TS server address below in my sig, and type in a user name. No password is required for the FGM TS server. Once you hit connect, it'll ask you to up your security level. Just say yes or ok, can't remember the terminology, and you'll have to wait 5-10 minutes while TS elevates your security level. This is to keep griefers and random people out. Once that's complete, you'll be connected and ready to talk!

Whatever is comfortable for you, really. I have mine set to one of my thumb buttons on the mouse.
I use tab, not the best key though because if you press alt at the same time...... whoosh your game has minimised.
