Tentative briefing
Overview:
We are a team of Yugoslav Partisans tasked with locating and rescuing downed Allied airmen from three B-25 bombers shot down last night over occupied Yugoslavia. The bombers were part of a larger Allied raid and were struck by German anti-aircraft fire. Their flight path has been roughly determined, and it falls within our operational sector.
The Germans, aware of the crashes, are also deploying search teams in the area. Time is of the essence: we must find and extract the airmen before the Germans capture or kill them. Expect hostile patrols, fortified positions, and possibly enemy air cover.
Enemy Forces:
German Patrols: Expect mobile infantry search teams in our area.
Fortified Positions: Some locations may already have entrenched German forces.
Air Support: Occasional Luftwaffe reconnaissance and Stuka patrols may appear.
Anti-Aircraft Defenses: Nearby Flak batteries may cover the area. Avoid being spotted.
