When i was playing a bit and moving the HQ, a town flipped and pushed us into war level 4. But I think the AAF is too busy fighting the ION PMC's in the north, as all attacks seems to be around the airfield and military base on the Salt flat - Loannina axis. The salt lake air field seems to change hands every other hour.
I moved the HQ and set up garrisons in most towns as well as AA positions around our territory. We are probably moving into the conventional phase now.
Our total fielded manpower is probably about company and a half.
