ARMA III

I played a shitload of Arma2. I was in TF86 and then ran a group called DAGR with my buddy Ardvarkdb (he made the TF86 Navy Seals and the Tonal SF). A few of those guys are trying to get me to try out ArmaIII, just not sure if I want to. Would there be an interest for a small group that plays the game here? I can make MP missions, that was my thing.

That was one of the main reasons I quit playing Arma2 MP. I hated having a hard time to play a video game. Every Sunday at 2000 or shit like that really can put a hurting on watching sports or socializing.

Just go and buy ARMAIII from Steam.
Yeah. Would love to get into this with others but like you guys state the Time Zones differences stink. I am -5 time and can really only get online from 1030pm until 200am any day of the week. Playing any other time is out of the question as my two boys are involved in everything under the sun and RR does not exist with them. Good for burning that crazy energy off I guess.

Definitely Steam. Auto Updates will be a big headache remover given Bohemia Interactive's history. :)

Dabbled in the Alpha and will purchase a a little down the road once the SP Campaign is released. Is at it's best in Multiplayer but living the wrong timezone really hurts me on that front... :(

this month was ROME 2 and Disastersoft IL-2 COD adons, Galland´s missions to play. Next month, Market Garden and Arma III, if some budys here will be plugged in comms I will turn on mic some times and getting.

I'm beginning to be more a collector them a player :). Im studying medicine these days, them I have to do some focus. Weekly I can play cm turns as my number one game as allways and play one our 2 hours os some sim. Most of them flight Sims :)

If only Battlefront would provide such a graphics (size of the soldiers and movements) for their CM series...

@Ithikial: I am 23 now. I expect to live long enough to see standard PCs beeing able to handle CM games with photorealistic graphics. IMO it is just a question of time until computing power will be cheap enough. From a technological point of view everthing that would be needed is already there.

@Aulette: I love flight sims too. Too bad my joystick broke some time ago, i ll need to get a new one some day.

Okay, agreed. Then we need to look at BF staffing levels. :) I wish it was true as well but they don't have the staff numbers of a AAA title studio.
