Best dogfighter of the West (and the world ?)

So what do you think ? Is it still the F16 or is it surpassed by the Rafale, the Raptor or even the Typhoon (Eurofighter) ?

And how about the (dog)fighters of Russia and China ? Have they caught up with the "West" ?

I saw a show about the Raptor recently and my jaw was on the floor the whole time. Unbelievable! Although it has not yet seen combat, I have to imagine it is in a class of its own.
