Finally finished the Huge scenario Lancing the Abscess for Combat Mission Fortress Italy. It was a fun scenario, but the fog really played hell with the LOS.

Yeah one of the best scenarios with CMFI I think. Rough as guts with the weather/ground condition mix.

Commonwealth Module: Scenario "NorMons"

Excellent scenario. I was really unsure going into the battle if my beleaguered British force could hold the line, but they did. With some pixeltruppen tenacity I wish I could get from other forces. There were so many great tanks and squads in this battle. I simply chose two of the 76 Shermans whose contributions were extremely noteworthy. They both survived.

I caught this entire SS Company attempting to flank my troops along the ridge. They were utterly destroyed by the actions of a single, weakened flanking platoon. The Sherman showed up later and helped mop up.
