Don't know how many of you are into "card" or "paper" modelling but it is something I've dabbled in. Here are some great examples that are free for anyone to download and try. This site is primarily spacecraft although they have a few other aircraft as well. This Saturn V model is truly impressive at over 4 feet tal and is available for free download.

I recommend using a fairly heavy cardstock to print these models on.

I've built the command module section and the launch tower of the Saturn V, but have not tackled the full model yet. Card modelling can be more challenging than working in another medium, the saving grace is that as long as you have a printer and/or copier you can always start fresh if you make a mistake.
 
With the exception of the part they left on the moon and the crew capsule, that's basically what eventually happens to it!
