Hello

Been around CM since CMBO. Mainly play PBEM/WEGO. Hoping to find some good opponents for some of the great H2H scenarios that have been made.

I am really impressed with the FGM website design and quality/presentation of the content. Great work!

Looking forward to facing off across the battlefield with some of you.

Here is my good advice to all new recruits for playing H2H matches in a community:

1. Don't think too much about your opponent - play your game as if it was against the AI.
2. Win with equanimity, lose with a smile.
3. It's a long way to the top and you will be defeated many times - accept it and learn from your mistakes.
-> as J.W. von Goethe said: "No man wants to become something, everybody already wants to be something."
4. Only the one is really struck who does not get up again.

5. Enjoy the club and become a part of our community - there are many reliable gaming partners here and good people to meet. :)

Thanks for the friendly welcome and tips. Already got a PBEM going with Strachwitz. Got room for more though.

Looking to get registered on the ladder and maybe any torneys. Having some issues with the ladder reg though.

Facman, just from an email management point of view I am happy to be contacted via PM and receive the email notifications.

Hedgehog, those last two links don't seem to work.

50 pbem games later.WiR/ Modern war/civwar/Panzer campaigns .
I was somewhat wiser.
