CM:FB... Downloaded

looks like your trying to install it in your CMBN 15 -19th hussars file. you tried manual set up for install location yet?

Yes, you have to unzip it before installing. Not only that it needs to be unzipped into an empty directory. The error you have indicates it is trying to unpack files from other installs. The installer will unpack every thing it finds in the directory it is in. So if you try to run the installer where there are other CM titles' installers it will try to install their content too. That never ends well.

Thought of getting this this weekend ... maybe wait a while by the looks of it.

I don't think you need to wait. Sure there are people with problems but there are way more people for whom everything went smoothly. For the PC the important key is to unzip the downloaded package contents into a previously empty folder to run the installer. The above poster's problem sound unique (opening a ticket with the help desk is the right thing to do @Nelson1812 ) but the majority of the other problems have been with the installer picking up components form other CM games. Another problem that has happened more than once is the person's unzip program messing a file up I have the latest winzip and the latest 7zip and they seem to work just fine. Others are reporting when they switched to bandizip (not sure I have that name right) it fixed their problem.

So, go for it @Rico :D

Will do when I get some time this weekend.

I would like to "kick the tires" on this. Anyone up for a "Small" scenario. First come, first served.

How about Cutline to Grosshau? Small, Huertgen forest encounter, if I understand correctly, that should be good for H2H. Let me know side preference if you want to play and I'll send a Dropbox invite.

No problems downloading or installing and activating. Unzipped to empty folder, run installer, activated.
