CMBN Scenario/Campaign

Hi guys,

I have two small scenario games on going and I didn't remember how is fun to play CM!

I would like continuing to play scenarios (H2H) and starting a campaign.

What are your recommendations for both?
I don't mind if they are imbalanced (happy to play the underdog side) but that are interesting and fun.

Thanks in advance!

It's been a while since I played CMBN campaigns and indeed had fun with Road to Nijmegen, as well as Road to Montebourg. Although I think all the campaigns I tried were fun to play, US/CW/German. I think campaigns are a good way to get a feel for how a certain force deals with various situations. For H2H scenario's I usually just pick one which looks decent for both sides, often in the description it states if it is good for AI only or also H2H. Scenario's might not be really balanced (sometimes more, sometimes less) but in a friendly PBEM that shouldn't be that big of an issue. For blind fights against opponents there are QBs, personally I favor attack/probes over meeting engagements.
Assaults are good for very defensive terrain / objectives and will give the attacker quite a lot more points.

On https://www.theblitz.club/ there are lists of scenario's played H2H.

@Gunner Perfect, lot of missions are not an issue.

@Lethaface Thanks for the link, lot of stuff for the scenarios.
Road to ... noted.

I read that Devils' Descent ia a good campaign to be played if you are not an experienced player, do you know this one?

Huzzar! Is a good and well balanced H2H scenario I think. I like that there is a separate recon only phase before the main force arrives

Surfing on internet I have read some other posts about the same topic, here what I have found so far:

Scenario
Huzzar!
MG Green Hell
Pierrefitte en Cinglais

Campaign
Devils' Descent
The Outlaws
Scottish Corridor
The Road to Nijmegen
Road to Montebourg

I am full for a while but if you have other suggestion I am more than happy to hear them!
