CMRT Where is the IS-2 Heavy tank?

I see this tank in the game manual and I have tried every combination in the purchase screen for 1944 June in Soviet Union, Germany, and E Europe in individual armour purchase and formations and cannot locate this tank lol? Am I missing something here?

Found it! It's under Soviet Guards.....ARGH! and lol
