what the fork .... I don't know. all working yesterday, today , CMBN is dead ... no response, nothing .. doesn't work. I may try and reload but (sigh) .. it was a pain the first time ..

I sympathize. I had to reinstall recently due to a brain cramp. The good news it wasn't nearly as bad as anticipated, but you will need to go to your Account @ Battlefront to get your security keys for the game and the 2.00 patch.

Since I lost all my mods as well that added an additional headache, but did get me all modded up properly and updated. If you can still access your "Z" folder you've just saved a bundle of time.
 
hey aussie friend, if you want me to send you all the latest cool mods in one single file, let me know ! this way once you reinstalled the game and 2.00 and 2.01, you'll just have to copy paste it in your Z folder!
 
G'day Mate ! Ok, I have spent all night reloading, updating and upgrading and it appears to be back in action...

the only thing .. what is the Z folder ?

thanks mate , got it back up and running after a few (unimportant) hours .,.. for now. Not to sure what the Z folder is ,.

ok, so the Z folder is for you to create. It will be the place where all your mods are located ( appearance, sounds, uniforms, etc...)

_go to your combat mission battle for Normandy folder.
_double click on the "data" folder, and simply create a folder named " Z " in it.
_Once you have the mods, unzip them all in the Z folder.
Your gaming experience will be 10 times better, I garantee ! ( well, the grass will be darker, the horizon better designed, the tanks will look more badass and so on)

mate ! great to hear from you .. YES . I am good to go . have 2.01 ready to go and I hope it holds out as it has done for the last few weeks ... send and I shall reply !..
