Hello there everyone!
Sean here from Australia, newly signed up with FGM.
Been playing games for years, including the CM series.
Participated in the huge 'Onion Wars' meta campaign (using CMBB) for several years - as a player on the Russian side, then as a Front Commander, then as a GM! Tip of the hat to Nathangun and Stoffel, two names I see on the forum from the old days.
Fought some battles in CMMC3 (CMAK) as the leader of a British Commandos outfit.
Fought a large battle in CMMC4 (CMBB) on the Russian side (plotted whole battalions of artillery for an opening barrage!) before the campaign kind of stalled.
Interesting to note that all of the CMMC battles were played by 4 players (2 per side) by email!
I own CMBN, CMFI and Gustav Line. I will be purchasing CMRT shortly.
These days I don't play games as much...but lately I've been feeling the itch - although my CM skills will probably be a bit rusty!
I really enjoyed participating in campaigns, and hope to do some again one day.
I think I saw a thread about some in development.
I'll lurk around a bit and then maybe get involved with something. Good forum!
All the best,
Sean "Concord"
