Incidentally I notice some people are using 'Civilian' icons (below)

Does this mean-

1- They're conscientious objectors?
2- They failed their Army medical?
3- Their mummy won't let them join up?
 
Or perhaps they've got very soft sensitive skin and don't want to be chafed by horrid coarse uniform material..
I'm sure they'd get used to it-
