Saw this week the documentary (sort of) on the BBC of the raid on the Eder, Sorpe and Möhne dams.
Attacks like these are nowadays forbidden in the Geneva Convention. Surprised me actually. As far as I know nuclear bombs are not and those are much more destructive !
I don't see the point of such rules. When you start, or decide to take part in, a war, the objective must be to make it as short as possible. So gloves off and make it short and brutal ! I think that will cost less casualaty's then a waging war on your toes !
