New wargamer site I believe started and hosted by Lance of Yobowargames (Iwo Jima, Korsun Pocket,etc.). The site has a digital magazine detailing his background, his game development and also highlights some indie wargames under development. He also explains Slitherine's K Project, which is promoting new game development by indie developers.
