Dogs of War : Could You Send Your Pet to War?

As you say today's pet are part of the family.
I would find it hard to believe of anyone would give up their dog but then it's hard to fathom what being in a World War and what sacrifices one would be willing to make.

I offered my last two dogs to the war effort. However, as you can see, they were rejected as unfit.
While they excelled in the cute requirements, they failed miserably in physical minimums.
They had the attitude for it though.
