Guys I keep having this problem when adding water
Can be fun... what elevation do you have... think water restricted one level in the game?

Between 420 and 370 elevation
This happens when you have multiple water features on the map. ALL water assumes the elevation of the lowest water feature. Check your map for the other water features you created. Remove all but the one you really need for the scenario.

The lads are correct, water always stays at the same/lowest level, better to draw a swamp in.
