Field Commander Rommel boardgame/PC game

I read about the game in the title and got interested. Sadly, there is barely no info about it on the webpage (Dan Verssen Games). The boardgame is for solitaire play so it should be well suited as a PC game.

Anyone played either version? Thoughts?
