[FILM] San Andreas

Is this one as stupid as the Roland Emmerich movie "2012"?

It was ok. If you've seen the trailer, you've seen the movie. Movie is just a little bit longer.
No storyline to get in the way of the special effects. That's good because nobody tries to do any actual acting. Given the script that's only fair I suppose.

The highlight(s) of the film are when Alexandra Daddario is on screen. She play's The Rock's daughter who is a freshman in college (although in reality she's 29 which made me feel better about lusting after her). She has model good looks, which only figures since she is one, a great "rack" that bounces as she walks, and mesmerizing steely grey eyes.

After the "big one" the writers appeared to have looked at each other and collectively said, "Uh, what now?" "Well, how about a tsunami. Yeah! That's it!" So there is one...that flows INTO the San Francisco Bay. WTF!?

Anyway, saw it in 3D and the CGI is very cool. Maybe worth the price of admission. Maybe not. But if you just go to see Alexandra...
