Finally, few hours ago, it started snowing in Belgrade...

But i must say that Serbian towns and cities looks like Russian cities...Lots of concrete and little bit more concrete

Yes, but somehow, our public services are always surprised with snow so they need few days to get onto streets

Our town was boasting about how much money they saved in November then we got piled on...LOL.

...and as I read this I am sitting here in shorts and t-shirt in sweltering heat and sunny blue skies contemplating going for a swim this afternoon
