German collar patches

@Louis can you help with this. I watched a movie called “Waiting for Anya” and a German character “The Corporal” is wearing collar patches I’ve never seen before.
anyone else with knowledge please weigh in.

Closest I've managed to find ... a Nazi Germany customs officer uniform (Zollgrenzschutz) ... maybe because this takes place on Pyrenees near Spanish border?
