An oppo just asked me that question, but I don't know anything about any competition except my own and I don't know what to tell him
Basically any tournaments that are launched have a sign up thread. It is up to the players to visit regularly and monitor the forums and catch these sign up threads which are usually highlighted in an article announcing it on the home page too.
