Greetings from the Netherlands! I have played wargames for many years now. The first Combat mission ie in 'realistic' style was Close Combat IV: Battle of the Bulge from 1999. Sadly never have seen the Combat mission Franchise, until last year.


I am also collection and painting Miniature wargaming. Got some old Empire and dwarfs and Spess Mehreens from Games Workshop. I also got world war 2 German and British soldiers


From the Combat mission franchise i got the full set of CMBN minus vehicle pack and CMRT. Perhaps in the future CMFI or the modern CMBS. A few good men site i found from the video's from Ithikial. Perhaps i will found some PBEMs, never done that and after a last horrible AI attack mission i might fancy a human opponent.

Joining this community was the right decision because Combat Mission is at it's best when played head to head (H2H). ;)

But in our download section you will also find a lot of new scenarios to play against the AI.

For to get involved into the PBEM H2H gaming action, please go to the gaming section and choose the category with
the game that you'd like to play (CMBS or CMBN etc.). There you'll find the postings for gaming requests.
And there you may also start your own, of course. ;)

Welcome to the FGM! Be advised, after playing against real human opponents you will find it difficult to go back to the AI! It's like a whole new dimension :)

Rotterdam area. Always with my father, my brother, father best friend and his son. We play the Battlegroup system, Kursk and Normandy.

Never tried the Battlegroup syste,. It seems to be good.
