Dame Vera Lynn, DBE, widely known as "The Forces' Sweetheart", is an English singer, songwriter, and actress whose musical recordings and performances were enormously popular during the Second World War. On March 20th 2016 she turned 99 years old. Happy Birthday Ma'am.
