Heads up from Breaklight

Morning Gents,

Thought i beter give a heads up as i'm usually quite fast in my replys.
Had a busy weekend, birthdays and such, got me a new laptop as well which i'm finally getting loaded up. Got the CM three moved over, so I'll get on to working off my backload off files.

yup, cmak cmeto and cmbb are running fine (so far). I have got the vista patch on cmbb.

I must say i really like windows 7, it seems faster and easier compared to vista.

Hmmm... do you get fog in it... I ran vista and couldnt get fog.

now that you mentioned it, i just fired up CMAK QB with thick fog and twiddeld with shift-W.

Now, i see no difference, and of course no fog.
But then, i was running the games on a vista laptop before this one..
so everything looks usual to me?

Maybe thats why i did'nt realise that it was foggy in my game against Cargol?

Ok so windows 7 doesnt enable fog in cm either?

I don't think it's the OS that decides it, it's to do with your graphics card and what version of Direct X you are running. I'm running vista and can get full fog effects.

Ok... well that sucks... LOL

My gfx card displayed fog in XP but not in Vista.
