Just joined today. I play Combat mission Normandy and Red Thunder. I will hopefully get Italy soon. Looking forward to h2h battles. I have a fare amount of time during the day to get on the pc. Lets see a little about me is I have five kids and my wife and I just had our 17th anniversary. I am from the US. I served in the USMC for seven years before being medically retired. Well that's me so hi gents looking forward to some good battles.

I am a real Marine. Served with the 7th Engineer Battalion Bravo company 1st FSSG attached to 1st Marine Division. Thanks for the heads up on the location and e-mail will fix those now.

@BloodyBill I started out as a Grunt, but picked up an RTO MOS while in 'The Nam' with D Co. 1st Bn 4th Marines, 3rd Mar Div. Shortly after picking up the radio, I became the Co, Facman. My avatar is a pic of me bringing in a CH-46 to my LZ circa 1969.
In my later military career with the Army NG, I picked up my Combat Engineer MOS, due to my experiences in 'The Nam' using demo to build LZs. In the Guard I served with D Co. 1st Bn 184th Inf Rgt, 40th ID (M).

Joining this community was the right decision because Combat Mission is at it's best when played head to head (H2H).


For to get involved into the PBEM H2H gaming action, please go to the gaming section and choose the category with
the game that you'd like to play (CMBS or CMBN etc.). There you'll find the postings for gaming requests
(just scroll down a little). And there you may also start your own, of course. ;)

Howdy, welcome to the funhouse. Enjoy the nattering, gaming and general nuttiness.

This is a fun place, but most people are friendly and the rest are just strange in various ways. Play hard, lose (to me) often but most importantly enjoy this place and your gaming.
