So all,
This is a photo of the late father (Thomas Bell) of a friend of mine - he was in the 1st Canadian Infantry Brigade......he fought at Monte Cassino, and then made his way north to fight in Holland which is where this photo was taken........ anyone care to tell me which bike this is?
He was a bright fella, returning to his native Canada after the war to study and eventually become a highly respected civil engineer, though he never spoke of his war time experiences.
