I've been looking round the net too but haven't yet come across a site that gives a simple straight answer in sufficient detail, and even then many sites differ between each other. On top of that, tank types and numbers fluctuated tremendously from Division to Division.
But based on all i've seen this would be my best guess for June 1941-

A total of about 140 to 180 tanks in a Pz Div:-

About 20% Pz IV (short 75mm)
About 60% Pz III (short 50mm)
About 20% Pz II
Some divs had Pz38's and Pz 35's mixed in
There were also Stug (short 75mm), Jpz1, Sig1B and armoured car elements attached
