Hello everyone, another new member signing in. I was introduced to TFGM by Dutch Grenadier, after he invited me on the Combat Mission forum to play a game of CMBN using Flames of War OOBs. Seemed interesting so I agreed, and we have just started off.

My interests include military aviation and military history - and computer wargaming! My computer wargaming goes back to John Tiller, SSG and Gary Grigsby games, as well as CMx1 titles. Those date from my pc days; a few years ago I made to move to Macs, and though I still have those old titles I now play Mac CMx2 games, mainly BN and FI: I have still to get to grips with the modern warfare stuff! I also have a long running game of Hearts of Iron 2 going, and am interested in the grand strategy side as well as the nitty gritty of CMx2 combat.

Hope to get to know you guys, and to get involved in some games and tournaments with you in due course.

Good to have you with us! :)

Joining this community was the right decision because Combat Mission is at it's best when played against other humans
- but in our download section you will also find a lot of new scenarios to play against the AI.

Enjoy the club and become a part of our community - there are many reliable gaming partners here, plenty of stuff to
check out and good people to meet. :)

My good advice to all new recruits for playing H2H matches in a community:

1. Don't think too much about your opponent or the ladder - play your game as if it was against the AI.
2. Win with equanimity, lose with a smile.
3. It's a long way to the top and you will be defeated many times - accept it and learn from your mistakes. ;)
