Hi Guys, just another Noob

Brambo

Guest
A bit long in the tooth but been enjoying wargames all my life. Started with tabletop wargames, then discovered a ZX81 computer with a whole one KB of memory but was able to put the wargames calculation tables in it. Seems a long time ago but lots of fun and now we are here and I thank you for allowing me to join you. I spent 36 years in the RAF and now I'm semi retired, so lots of time to practice the art of getting my butt shot off.

Welcome aboard brambo.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, it certainly looks like a great place to put your feet up.

Welcome to the most sociable Combat Mission site <Jeremy Clarkson voice on> "In The World" or at least on the web :).

Have a browse around, pick a couple of fights on the forums and discuss gaming via PBeM (I think you got that wrong mate - Zinzan's other mind). Enjoy the banter, get your ass kicked (esp if you play me :D) and generally have fun.

Greetings and welcome mate. The name is Bram and I've been called Brambo when I was in the Army ;)

Sorry Gunner, I'm not a cricket fan so have no idea, wrong shape ball :) I'm more into Rugby, go Leicester Tigers.

Hey Dutch I had a similiar experience in the RAF, I played lots of wargames and when the film Rambo came out and my surname is Bramley, the guys at work started calling me Brambo and it stuck. ;)
