How can I upload scenarios and maps?

Can´t find a button or such things to upload my files. Please - could someone be so nice and tell me where or how I could do that?!

Go to links downloads then navigate tot he relevant area... you will find in small text below the navbar... 'add entry'. click that and fill in details.
