Just want to say thanks for accepting my application. My current preferred game is CM I have CMBO,CMAK and am playing my first CMBB game. These are fairly new games to me so i'm still figuring them out (easy ladder rank for you vets :( ) I am 53 years old, married 26 years, current occupation is bus driver. Cut my teeth on Avalon Hills games Gettysburg and Tobruk in the late 1970s later came duke nukem lol then call of duty tried WWII online but my hardware was unable to keep up good FPS. Found CM in a box of games in a yard sale and played the AI and now am ready for the big show. But I think the most important piece of information I have is.....Single malt Scotch > Beer :D

Joining this community was the right decision because Combat Mission is at it's best when played against other humans
- but in our download section you will also find a lot of new scenarios to play against the AI.

Enjoy the club and become a part of our community - there are many reliable gaming partners here, plenty of stuff to
check out and good people to meet. :)

And I'm very sorry for thinking that your application was only a fake - didn't want to hurt your feelings (no way!). I already deleted
my wrong post in the shoutbox and I'm asking for your forgiveness. :oops:

I played Gettysburg too way back in the day. (The first revision with the large counters).
I played most all of the Avalon Hill games also.
In fact, I was just cleaning out the attic and found a couple of old games, Jutland and Panzer Leader.
Man, that took me back. :)
