Happy to give you a PBEM match. You seem very stringent on you requirements so perhaps easier if you setup the quick battle. I'm fine to play allies as long as it's balanced if mixed with armour, not all Panthers and Tigers :panzer:

Usual stuff; email me dropbox etc.

CMBN or CMRT? if CMBN which formation you want? once i know this you can expect first turn tonight (if its cmrt) or tomorrow morning if its CMBN (Downloading patch for cmbn atm and its taking ages for some reason) *my time zone is cEt btw*
 
I'll play you in a game of CMRT. I'll take the Soviets. I'm with DoubleD; you should probably set up the QB to make sure it fits all your rules. I prefer a PBEM game not real-time. My e-mail is barrium2000@gmail.com. Just send a dropbox folder if you want to play.
