This would keep all the whinners under control while still being a nice guy to help those that deserve it. Of coarse this would mean the person would have to be perfect for sure, LOL

None of the choices is possible. I believe it was Wm Shakespeare, who wrote, "Absolute power, corrupts absolutely." No benign dictator would be one for long. Pure capitalism would never work, neither would (did) communism, or socialism. Democracy, my first choice, also cannot last. People would become lazy, as they are now. Power would lapse into the hands of a few, and, here we are.

At least with someone honest, you would know when you were being screwed.
