Dear fellow Good Men!

As a long time (military) history enthousiast I jumped on the CM bandwagon during CMAK and enjoy playing all WW2 titles. To PBEM is my main interest and I can't wait to partake in Highway to Hell. I also enjoy playtesting a lot and will in time create one or two scenario's myself. The first one will be inspired on the partisan mission that shipped with CMBB.

I don't mind to play historical scenario's even if that means they're a bit lopsided, my tactical and historical interest ultimately prevails over my desire for points.

I'm open to anyone who wants to PBEM the WW2 titles with all modules, packs, patches and updates.

Hi Louis, I'm from the beautiful city of Amsterdam or Paradise City as I like to call it where I try to make up for the fact the Department of Defence sold our tanks.

You say Netherland sold the Leopards ? I thought they were to be integrated within german 1st Panzer ?

Yes we did to be able to pay for the F-35, our Pantser Infantry (Gemechaniseerde Brigade) with CV-90's is integrated with 1st Panzer. My main concern is that Europe doesn't seem to be able to resolve security threats without the US as is unfortunately demonstrated in Libya. This is in a way old thinking because anything exept integrated deployment of our armed forces is not realistic. Still, Nederland would have more to say about EU/NATO deployment if we'd be able to scale up to the highest level of conventional force independently.

And then there's the loss of cool and the waste of skills. I wonder what will happen with our financial contributions to NATO in our next budget, we are underspending, 2% of our GDP is required and I believe we spent 1.4% last year.

Could be pushing oin an open door re NATO conventional forces build up and commitment.

(OTOH we are as easy to distract as any other group of Grogs............................
