IS 1 & 2 IN CMRT? [SOLVED]

Hello guys, I discovered today that if you start a quick battle as the soviets you are unable to buy neither the IS 1 nor the IS 2, while in the game manual says that from the first months of the games scope you should be able to buy at least the early variants, it also says that they are present in the heavy tank batallion formation, and thats missing too.
So I was wondering how can you buy those tanks for a quick battle?
