Is there a way to get new battles to add up because my files keep deleting past casualties as I add new ones. Do I need to add a + to the casualties part. Pardon my ignorance, I am just BAD at excel.

Yes the original tracker you had to do the maths separately in your head. The one I'm working on now and may release soon, after I've added in some more features is a more automated and streamlined packaged. It also has the potential to cover battles fought across all WW2 era CM games/modules - single player/multiplayer etc. An all in one package so to speak.
For now, maybe wise just to create a folder and save screen shots of the AAR screen with a text file outlining the date you played the match, the date in game, the weather, forces each side used, your opponent's details etc etc. If you have a stack of these results to enter when i release the final product you'll be a step ahead of the others and see some immediate results.
