Hey guys! I guess it has been a while....Has the button/form for reporting ladder games gone away? Do we just post under Ladder Games with the relevant info?

It has been a while indeed!
Click on "Forms" in the Forum menu bar at the top of the page underneath the FGM logo. (Look between "What's New" and "Members".)
Then click "Report a CM Result". Voila!
