IWM Duxford is a historic airfield and museum telling the stories of those who lived, fought and died in war from WW1 to 1969. Visit air shows, events and displays.

Its that time of year again when I get treated, to a day out with the daughters family...
this time round it was up the motorway to Duxford, interesting journey with me an the kids looking for different lorry and car makes,
on the way up.

Its just a few miles on from an enormous pet crematorium... the size of which must have been built to handle a herd of elephants!

We now carried on to the other part of hanger 1... this is a massive hanger as you can see from the other aircraft that are on display within it!
