Hello from sunny Gloucestershire.
Decided I wanted to start playing some e-mail games again and after looking round this seemed to be the best place.
I haven't played e-mail games since the 90's so would be grateful for help in getting back in the swing of things.
I have CM:SF at the moment with all the modules. I'll be getting CM:BN and CM:FI in the near future.
I've been playing war games since the early 80's starting with Desert Rats still my favorite game of all time. I'm a big fan of the Close Combat games and played them all through the 90's along with the John Tiller series of games.
I've also been a miniature gamer from 86, my main periods of interest being WW2, ACW, Napoleonic, SYW etc. Pretty much most of it but mainly WW2.
Looking forward to some great games and maybe even a win now and then.

Good to have you with us! ;)

Joining this community was the right decision because Combat Mission is at it's best when played against other humans
- but in our download section you will also find a lot of new scenarios to play against the AI.

Please also have a look at our campaigns (tournament section) - some are based on quick battles, others on scenarios.
There is plenty of stuff to check out and a lot of good people and reliable players to meet! :)
