Utilising a hangar at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, aircrew from the U.S., Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand help build the bundles that will be delivered as part of Operation Christmas Drop. Boxes are decorated with personal touches and filled with various items of aid such as life vests, blankets, and food staples. The intent of this multinational humanitarian effort is to deliver donated supplies gathered by private organizations to over 20 thousand islanders on 56 islands throughout the Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of Palau.
