Can you play a scenario H2H if the other player does not have the scenario?

I mean I have made a nice H2H scenario so if someone is interested?

Tuesday's is my parental leave so the kids want attention to :p
And I need to go to the supermarket in about one hour to pick up some stuff for dinner
and I need to go to the store to rent a carpet cleaner. So take your time :D

WEll I tried many times but keep getting this error... Very strange
 
Problem solved (I hope). When I reply to your email your email has 1 extra R in it. Very strange?
