Aah, I see in Wikipedia - it's a Swiss made prototype. Only one produced in Switzerland.

btw: The chassis of the Panzer 38t was used for a lot of vehicles as it was reliable and easy to maintenance. Today I stumbled across the SdKfz 140/1Aufklärungspanzer. Did not know this design yet...(70 built)
