Currently having some R and R - we have travelled circa 200 miles north into Lancashire not far from where my parents live.
See link below for photos including a couple of shots of fighter jets as we are next to an airfield.
The windmill snaps were taken last night at Lytham - this is where my dad proposed to my mum 61 yrs ago.

More photos to be added in due course.

Thanks
It’s a 2017 Bailey Unicorn Valencia which we bought last yr.
Having spoken to someone local the airfield is owned by BAE and apparently Euro fighter jet is made on the site.

We are set up in the back corner of this site and have a good view as aircraft come in to land.

There is a socket on the right side of the caravan which connects to the electrical supply from the post in the ground and supplies power for the caravan.
On the left side we have waste water pipe which goes to a drain in the ground behind the caravan.
The connection from the water supply on the post goes to a connection to the water pump in the caravan which does the water supply onboard.

We have only used the caravan a few times as we are novices, and the first time I ever towed anything with a car was when we collected the caravan from the dealership which was 85 miles from home- quite the adventure although I never find driving stressful or difficult and also been riding motorbikes for nearly 50 yrs and reckon I have ridden about 120k miles on those, mostly big BMW’s.
Thanks

@steve,

Thanks to your post, it got me reminiscing about our former Class B Roadtrek travel van that we had acquired as our retirement gift to ourselves.

Our intention was to eventually travel in it along the three coastlines of Canada (well insofar as it was possible to do so in the far North), and to that end we had completed our eastern portion of that quest doing the coastlines of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, Quebec and Ontario, but we were only able to get as far as the Manitoba border on our western leg before the whole Covid-19 kerfuffle shut down the provincial boarders to all non essential travel and stalled us in Western Ontario.

Regrettably, other events in life subsequently intruded and so we decided to sell it. ( However good fortune smiled on us when it came to selling it, as we were able to sell it 3 years after having acquired it for the same price we bought it at :) ), and we opted to use those proceeds to continue our future travels in the more traditional way, with cars, ships, planes & trains and hotel stays :LOL:.

So here's wishing you good fortune and safe travels in your Valencia !

Cheers!
